Following the successful sale of our house at Lot 36 Elizabeth Dr Moore Creek we wish to provide a testimonial for Dean Cummins. Our house was previously listed with two separate Agents and following a long campaign with several close calls we removed house from the market with the intent to remain. Dean approached us with a prospective purchaser and we agreed to list with him on the basis of it being a 'one off'. A sale didn't eventuate from this source however we were impressed with Dean's high degree of professionalism and integrity and subsequently agreed to a further two inspections from separate prospective purchasers. After reassessing our future we decided to list the house and after one week's campaign we received three separate offers in the next week. During this negotiation period Dean's high level of integrity was displayed and it was clearly evident that he was trying to do the best for all parties. It was refreshing to deal with an Agent who didn't need to over inflate his opinions to justify his means. After considering all offers we were guided by Dean and eventually accepted not the highest offer but what has turned out to be the best offer.

At all stages of the sales process we were kept well informed and felt that Dean was intent on listening to our concerns and ideas and adjusting to find the best solution. Needless to say we were very impressed with the level of service provided and with both of us in a service based organisation we are well aware of what constitutes good and bad service.
